The Ajsik application is built on the principle of direct communication between your device and the university system:
- No Developer Servers: The application does not send any of your sensitive AIS data (name, password, grades, schedule) to any servers managed by the developer.
- Direct Access: The application communicates exclusively with the official servers of the academic information system (AIS2) of your university via an encrypted HTTPS protocol.2. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The Ajsik application displays advertisements through the Google AdMob service. This service may collect and process certain data for the purpose of displaying relevant ads:
- Device Identifier (Advertising ID): Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show personalized ads.
- Ad Interaction Data: Ad impressions and clicks are recorded (anonymously).
- Consent (GDPR): In accordance with European legislation, you will be asked for consent to process data for advertising purposes upon first launch. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the application settings.

- Google Analytics for Firebase: This service collects anonymous technical data about application usage (e.g., which screens users open most frequently, device type, operating system version). This data is anonymized and is not linkable to your identity within the AIS2 system.
- Interaction Tracking: We track anonymous clicks on partner offers within the dashboard to evaluate their relevance to users.4. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
We protect your privacy directly on your device:
- Local Storage: If you use the "Remember Me" feature, your login credentials are stored only on your device.
- Encryption: Sensitive data (passwords) are stored in the system's secure modules (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).
- User Control: You can delete all stored data at any time by logging out of the application or by clearing the application data in your phone's settings.5. PERMISSIONS AND ACCESS
The application requests permissions only when they are necessary for its function:
- Internet: For connection to the AIS2 system and sending anonymous analytical data.
